Collected Information
When users browse the Mirage Loudspeakers Web site, they do so anonymously. We don't collect
personal information - including your email address. We do keep a log of your IP address (the
Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which parts of our Web site you visit and
how long you spent visiting a particular page. We do not however, link your IP address to anything
personally identifiable to any unique user. The only other information that is automatically
provided to us is the type of computer and operating system you are using. Your browser supplies us
with this information. The Mirage Loudspeakers Web site places a feature on your Web browser called
a "cookie." A "cookie" does not contain any personally identifying information but does allow
miragespeakers.com to assign each user a unique number. This unique number allows us to enhance the
user experience by tracking visit information for the next time you visit the Web site. Most Web
browsers automatically accept cookies, but usually, you can change the configuration of your browser
to prevent this from occurring. Even without a cookie, you can still browse most of the features
offered at the Mirage Loudspeakers Web site. Some of our customer email campaigns use a device

before arriving at the Web site (page) that is your true destination. Mirage Speakers uses
click-throughs to determine the level of interest in particular topics and to measure the

to match click-throughs to particular email addresses. Customers who purchase products from Mirage
Speakers are requested to voluntarily supply us with personal information, such as their email

personal ID, called a CID (Customer Identification Number). Your CID gives you easy access to
product resources and services.

When you supply Mirage Speakers with your personal information, we may also use it to register your
product(s) or configure your system(s). We may also use information that you have given us to
contact you so that we may learn more about our customers. This will help us to develop better
products and services. And if you have given us permission, we may use your personal information to
inform you about new products, services, and offers that may be of interest to you. These offers may
be based on the information you provided in your initial transaction with us or in surveys.

Mirage Speakers provides customers with an easy way to stop receiving email offers. Although most
customers tell us they appreciate receiving these notices, we do recognize the importance of
providing you with choices. At any time, you may request to discontinue receiving these offers from
us by simply replying to the email and informing us of your preferences. All email offers that you
receive from Mirage Loudspeakers will tell you how to decline any further email offers. Should you
